Wilhelmina van der Linde (Modern Day)

Trying to write something a little different this time. Another parallel dimension of sorts, and my only advice is not to think too much.

Backstory
Unknown to most of us, a silent war is going on right behind our backs, a war that claimed to have lasted for multiple centuries now. Although magecraft has been seen as supersitious mumbo jumbo with the advent of science and technology, there are still those who practice the craft, as well as those who seek to make sure their craft ends ... permanently. Calling themselves "The Enforcers", their main goal is to silently observe and keep watch of any mages across the world, and taking action if a mage is deemed a threat. At present, the organization has identified three mages that could become catastrophic threats. One of them is Wilhelmina, given the codename "Morrigan" (given cause of her elusiveness from Enforcer agents, despite being Dutch).

Since young, Wilhelmina has been identified as very compatible with magecraft, possessing a lot of potential, in part due to the pedigrees of both parents (intentional or otherwise), and her powers manifested at a relatively young age of 5. Unfortunately for her, one particular incident in her hometown of Amsterdam changed her life forever, especially since she was the one who caused it. The damage she caused, namely the destruction of an entire building block, inevitably caught the attention of the Enforcers, and the family was forced to lay low. For the next few years, the family became fugitives, always cautious with revealing their identity lest the Enforcers find them and kill her.

Realizing that they cannot keep playing this game of cat-and-mouse forever, Wilhelmina's father finally decided to send his daughter away. Using whatever connections he had left, he managed to get her sent away to Japan, a country where the Enforcers' reach is very weak. Wilhelmina was sent to stay with one of her father's contacts, a native Japanese girl who was also a mage-in-hiding, posing as a foreign exchange student. However, with her immense potential, it was only a matter of time before the Enforcers showed up in Japan, though the time taken could be a difference between life and death for her.

Appearance
By appearances alone, Wilhelmina is quite the looker, with her tall frame, long hair and busty figure. She does not have a particular preferred style when it comes to clothing, as long as it can give her decent cover. The top and pants combination seems to suit her, as she can slip into the outfit relatively quickly and easily. At school, she wears the standard school uniform. In winter, she simply throws a coat over her outfit.

Most have commented that she possessed a "cold look", especially when staring at others and described as "unnerving" by some. According to her, it helps to ward off people she deems to be annoying or threatening her comfort zone.

Personality
Due to her experience and from her years of running, Wilhelmina has developed an introverted and aloof individual. Trust is something you have to earn from her, and she rarely starts conversations with anyone. Her speech patterns are direct and to the point, usually to just get things done quickly, as well as being careful not to divulge secrets. Even her current roommate knows very little about her.

Powers
As mentioned, Wilhelmina is immensely gifted with magic powers, though her style and usage is considered "unrefined" for those who have seen it. "Magic arrows" and "weapon disarm" may be simple spells to the average mage, but Wilhelmina is an expert with using these spells, able to fire off or disarm multiple opponents without any incantation. Her years of running and evasion had also made her develop her body quite a bit, so anyone will be wrong to think she cannot defend herself at close range. She is known to augment her punches and kicks with her powers, and each blow is said to be strong enough to punch through walls.
