Tiny Pulls Open Neptune's Dress

Yes, there is a tiny blob person hanging around the zipper. Gosh, maybe I should have drawn this on a larger canvas.

The idea for this came from a preview picture of a very ecchi Neptune figure that might hit the market soon (or already on sale, I am not that sure). Considering how loose Neptune's jacket is when she wears that jersey dress, putting two and two together did not take very long.

Oh boy, makes you wonder how long will it take before Neptune notices her little "wardrobe malfunction". I had wanted the tiny to be another Nep character, but drawing the details at that scale is just not possible for my skill level. Plus, well, I am not too sure if that is how Blanc would react to seeing Neptune like that.
